Their skills, hard work and stewardship of the earth and waters that they harvest enable us to enjoy food in its diversity and seasonality. For us, many of these growers choose the tough route to food production – the one that doesn’t rely on the use of artificial chemicals and fertilisers. They recognise that biodynamic and organic food is better for them and their families, for their farms and animals, and better for us.
